The Onion still has its moments

• A story about family and culture or their lack, in which I see some intelligence under the surface. It’s easy to judge this character, which this seems to do, but what strikes me is maybe much of it’s not his fault: the family aren’t particularly close and didn’t pass down a culture to him so he fills the void with a commercially made fantasy one.
• 65 per cent of all wildlife now used as gay-subculture signifiers.
