Fr Methodius and me

  1. Good summary, and I have a question. Why did the Anglican Church and the Crown proceed to swallow all the heterodox Reforms? It's not like they had to even though they went in schism.

  2. Thanks. Because Edward VI and Elizabeth I were raised to believe in them.

  3. An amazing coincidence to see this. Today I visited the tiny church of St. John the Baptist (possibly once called All Saints) at the village of Clayton in West Sussex, UK, to see the remains of medieval wall paintings uncovered in the 19th century. The church has a website.

  4. Iconoclasm - a plague! Roundhead Zombies rose from their graves again in the 60's, to perpetrate their desecration again on our churches.

Isn't it "Fr. Methodius and I" not "Fr. Methodius and me"?
