Ineffective Iraqi force in Fallouja disbanded
Iraqis allied with the occupiers, that is.

"We don't know where to go now after this dismissal by the American troops and the Iraqi interim government," said Brig. Gen. Tayseer Latief of the brigade. "They leave us no other option but to join the resistance."
S al-B: The unit included many Iraqis who had been from amongst the ranks of Fallujah's militants or involved in their operations. The U.S. forces' relying on native units to help quell hostile activity can sometimes backfire.

Last week, several Fallouja Brigade members in uniform shot at Marines near the city limits and the Marines returned fire, Durrant said.
Even the mercenaries they're paying are willing to work against their employers. Perhaps it's time just to get the message and go home.
