Work space
Just liberated the whiteboard from a disused wing of our building (one of the papers that was folded into ours). Above it the little note below the crucifix (this newsroom is too little to be corporate) is something I’ve had for 12 years and says, ‘Lord, if I cannot avoid pain let me live it out in holy ways’. The portrait is a picture of a work from Georgian artist Niko Chocheli.

I spent 15 hours (9am-1am) here yesterday helping make two newspapers, a record for me. Good thing I like it here.

One for the other church nerds: what’s wrong with this letterhead? Hint: it looks like mainline merger mania.
