Stand alone: the case for a new isolationism
From But as Ron Paul and others say, we’re not really isolationists. People trade with us and we don’t meddle in their affairs, and they like us. Real internationalism, yes? The interventionists think they know what’s best for the rest of the world, and people try to kill American soldiers with homemade road bombs or they fly planes into buildings in our cities.
